The gum does not come out of the package easily Its basically glued to the inside paper inside the package and when you take one piece out, the paper comes out four pieces of gum. Its a *** show.

The outer shrink is difficult to open and once you do, getting the gum out is a nightmare. It is likely a downside to the machine used to wrap and load the gum but really frustrating to the customer.

As far as I can tell. There is no one at the Wrigleys Orbit Gum factory or product quality control that chews Orbit gum.

If they did, they would realize that their packaging from opening the plastic to getting a piece of gum from the packages is absurd.

The worst design for a simple piece of gum. I am assuming these people are making more than minimum wage so figure it out, you overpaid designers.

Pieces of gum were basically glued into the package in a way that you could only get them out by tearing them in half and then you had to reach into the packaging and tear out the bottom half of the stick. First pack of the 3 pack I bought I just assumed it was a fluke, but when it happened with the second pack - not good! Decided to complain...

Ive chewed Orbit for years the only one I use.The gum sticks in the package and sometime comes out in pieces.I offer gum to people and it just wont cone out of package.Now I just opened one of your plactic packageing and it wont close.Pulling a piece of gum out is impossible.Advise me of a solution before I have to change other gum companies.I like your peppermint as the flavor lasts and I use it all the time.

I called in a complaint last week, your gum wrappers are extremely difficult to open. So, nobody calls me, just send out another review.

Your customer service sucks. Why not tell me if you are going to assess the problem or not. Probably not! One customer doesn't mean any thing to a company your size the packaging sucks anyway.

Then to use "pissed customer" as a term really sucks.

I challenge you to call me. 605 366 ****.

I sent in a "beef" recently. It would be nice if someone would respond as to the possibility of the engineers correcting the problem.

Put four pieces in my mouth dissolved in 15 minutes . Worst gum I have ever purchased.

Don't care about refund or replacement. Just want other consumers to be aware of how bad it is.

I opened the pack of gum and put two pieces in my mouth when I shewed them I felt something hard I thought it was the mint crystal.then I took it out of my mouth and started playing with my fingers and it end up being a little wire like piece of metal. Good thing I didn't swallow it.

The new spearmint gum is undesirable! The old kind I could chew without it sticking to my dentures.

Please do not change all the orbit gums to this recipe.

I chewed the new spearmint gum and I had to scrape it off of my dentures with a paring knife. I have been chewing orbit gu for a very long time and I love it!

The latest ad, with the highschool boy kissing an undead girl, is completely disgusting! Whoever came up with that idea for an ad, is an idiot, seriously?

They could have even wrote and shot it better by appealing to gamers (whose zombie genre is popular). The blatant necrophilia is disgusting, is this what your company stands for? You people need to cleanse your marketing department.
